By accessing or using InsightFab ("insightfabapp.com"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

InsightFab is a browser-based engineering analytics platform providing statistical process control (SPC), process capability analysis (CPK/Ppk), measurement system analysis (Gage R&R), and other quality engineering tools. All computations run locally in your browser — your data never leaves your device unless you explicitly use AI Insight features.

3. Free Service & Donations

InsightFab is free to use. There are no paid subscription plans. If you find the service helpful, you may support it with a voluntary donation via Buy Me a Coffee; donations are optional, non-refundable, and do not unlock additional features.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Data Privacy

All statistical computations run in your browser. Raw measurement data is never uploaded to our servers. Only AI Insight requests are transmitted via encrypted connection (TLS), and no raw data is stored. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code of InsightFab are owned by InsightFab. You retain full ownership of your data and analysis results.

7. Limitation of Liability

InsightFab is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any decisions made based on analysis results. Always verify critical quality decisions with qualified professionals.
